4. Orders & Quotations

All orders placed through our website, by WhatsApp, phone or email are subject to acceptance by us. Quotations provided by us are indicative and subject to availability, pricing changes and confirmation at the time of order processing.

• We may accept, reject or partially accept any order at our discretion.
• Orders are processed on receipt of required information and any applicable payment or credit verification.
• We are not responsible for errors in orders caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices shown on the website or quoted by our team are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified. Prices may change without prior notice due to manufacturer revisions, taxes or policy changes.

• Applicable taxes (GST) and statutory levies will be added to invoices as required by law.
• Payment terms (prepaid, credit, partial payment) are as agreed with the customer. Late payments may attract interest or affect future supply.
• We reserve the right to suspend supply or cancel orders for overdue accounts.

6. Delivery & Risk

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon handover to the courier or at the point of delivery as per agreed incoterms.

• Delivery dates are indicative and subject to stock availability and logistics partner timelines.
• Claims for missing or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and invoice details.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Pharmaceutical products are subject to strict regulatory and safety rules. Returns, refunds or replacements are handled at our discretion and subject to manufacturer policies and statutory rules.

• unopened, unused items may be considered for return only with prior approval and within the applicable return window.
• Products that are damaged, expired or incorrectly supplied will be evaluated for replacement or refund according to evidence provided.
• We do not accept returns of prescription medicines unless there is an error on our part or a proven manufacturing defect.

8. Regulatory Compliance & Pharmacy Practices

Customers engaging in the purchase or resale of medicines must hold and present valid licences/permits as required by central and state laws. We reserve the right to request and verify licence documents before processing certain orders.

9. Warranty & Liability

Products supplied are covered only by manufacturer warranties, if any. We disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any implied warranties including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the services will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order. We are not liable for consequential, incidental or indirect losses.
